Cresendo in Tarlac City is a 290-ha. mixed-use estate located about 15 minutes from New Clark City and just 3 kilometers from the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX).
Newly launched in the last quarter of 2019, this Tarlac estate will have a 32-hectare urban core that includes the Cresendo Industrial Park, already partly leased to manufacturing as well as logistics and distribution business locators. Avida will launch Cresendo’s first low-rise residential project, with brand new house and lots for sale in Tarlac City toward the end of 2020 or early 2021.
