ALI was recognized by AIBP for its digital initiative called ‘AssistMe’, an internal IT service desk designed to simplify employees’ experience when using applications. The AssistMe IT service application was developed by the company’s Enterprise Technology Division to provide a seamless experience for users of technology services across the group.

AssistMe’s automated and integrated services have resulted in increased efficiency through the use of a service-oriented architecture design, thereby improving customer satisfaction and simultaneously decreasing ticket cancellations and reducing average resolution time.
